Recently heard a song which i rmember years ago, on Granada Tonight (25/08/2006). It was released in the late 90s it has a fast beat and the chorus is steel drums, vocals sound to me like african, and along the lines of... please excuse me for this,

got both of the songs, and you were both right. they're obviously one is a remix, thanks again both of you. how you understood the poor phoenetic sounds i'll never know but thanks.
