sewing machines

I would like to buy a computerised sewing machine, wondered if anyone could recommend a make or model for me to look at, there are sew(!) many out there. I only sew from patterns, as a hobby, so don't need anything too technical, and would like to spend under �250.

The best sewing machines are Elna and Bernina but they are expensive, so it would be probably better to go and get a second hand one of those makes which a sewing machine dealer would probably have for sale (or Ebay)

i have a reconditioned husqvarna viking. I love it and it is just fabulous. I have several embroidery stitches on it which can be programmed in any order including mirror images.

I would definately have another husqvarna when I need to replace.
