Hi
I have just been told i have TFCC injuries (distil radion ulnar joint in one and extensior carpi ulnaris in the other) in both wrists which due to the length of time I have had them are now chronic. Let me tell you the pain at times is horrid.

Does anyone have any experience with these injuries - any suggestions on pain control, how to limit the pain ( i have read about wrist widget but £25 seems steep if they don’t work) and exercises that can help them get better. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks Minnie

Steroid injections would probably be your best bet. If you are not already under the Orthopaedic Team, you should probably insist on a referral.
If you would tell us the pain tablets and the dosage with the frequency of administration, then that would very helpful in answering your question.
