Although 'all-in-one' devices are marketed as single items, they're really (at least) two separate devices within the same housing. Each of those devices (i.e. the printer and the scanner) has its own driver. You've clearly correctly installed the printer driver but one of the following must apply:
(a) you've not installed the scanner driver ; OR
(b) you've not installed the software which easily makes use of that driver ; OR
(c) you've installed the driver and the software but there's no shortcut to the software on your desktop or taskbar.
As the installation program for the printer driver is the same one that should also install the scanner driver I'd consider (a) above to be unlikely. So you need to look through the apps list on your computer to see if the relevant program is hiding there somewhere. (It might be inside an 'HP' folder). If you can find it, right-click on it, select More > Pin To Taskbar. (You'll then be able to access it easily by clicking on the relevant icon at the bottom of your screen).
If you can't find the program, you've probably only installed the basic drivers and not the full suite of software that makes it easy to use your all-in-one device. Download and run this file:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL47762/mp-115701-6/EN4500_198.exe
(That's the full software installation program for a 64-bit version of Windows 10, which almost any new laptop will be running. If you're given the option to select which parts of the software you want to install, deselect the drivers - because you've already got them - and just install the additional software. Alternatively completely uninstall your printer before running that set-up program and start afresh).
