Virgin Media Tivo Box...

...My TV suddenly screen suddenly turned green and displayed the words 'your DVR has detected a serious problem and is now trying to fix it, this could take up to three hours, do NOT turn off or unplug your TV or DVR'. The Tivo box light should be a steady white but is a flashing red.
Has anyone experienced this themselves and if so what does it mean and what to do about it. Many thanks

I too have a Tivo box and if it ever plays up I just turn it off using the switch on the back, leave it for 1 minute then switch it back on again. Seems to work every time. Hope this helps.
