Ian Brown - Harry Potter?

Is Ian Brown (Ex Stone Roses frontman) in the new Harry Potter film? If so what role is he playing?

i think he failed to get a speaking part but is in the leaky cauldren (i think reading a simon scharma book - but i may be lying there!) still haven't seen it but will keep an eye out...

Yes he is sat at a table in the Leaking Couldran pub, god it was buggng me till I read your question, it is him!

I was a bit irritated by it. It was a bit distracting suddenly thinking "ooh, it's him!", especially as he wasn't a character. He was right in the foreground as well (as far as I remember). They could have at least had him on a table near the back.

It was probably a shandy, better if it was fizzy pop. It was a kids film after all. To have a bloke drinking by himself reeks of alky.
