I'm not a fan of hot foods and strong mints as they hurt my mouth too much to eat. I aim to brush my teeth regulary however I find the taste of toothpastes too harsh on my mouh and it puts me off brushing them. Are there any mild toothpastes out there that will not hurt my mouth so?

sensodyne origional is clover flavour- much milder. they do the kids ones in strawberry & banana flavour- might still do the same job
The best is to get a natural toothpaste from health food shops. They have no taste at all and are great for brushing your teeth. Are not expensive either.
Hi Emmma, I use a toothpaste called Sarakan, no flavour at all. You should be able to get it in a good health shop...

Lush make a vanilla flavoured toothpaste and one with charcoal in it. They are both yummy, and very effective.
Emmma - your not alone. I hate the taste of mint toothpaste, nor can i eat really hot spicy food (despite my name lol) as it burns my mouth, plus I've got sensitive teeth. The only paste i'vefound that desensititis my teeth, doesn't burn m y mouth and doesn't make me feel sick is Sensoydyne Total Care, plus I use an electric toothbrush whch seems to clean better than me doing it manually. I never knew the original was clover flavour - thanks muppetteer!
I second what doglady says. Lush toothpastes are lovely.x
Clover flavour? IE like grass? Sounds dreadful.

Do you mean clove? Clove is well known for its beneficial dental effect.
