It probably depends on how you define charts- which country, which chart (NME, RAdio 1, etc) and whether you mean top 20, 30, 40 or 100.

postman, I could only find this, but i don't think that it gt on any chart.

Interestingly this lists the song as a 1962 release (rather than 1965) and shows it as the B side of Once Upon a Time
