Weeping Rad Valve
8 Answers
Have a small weep from a rad valve in my bathroom. Plumber chum has had a ltrrook and says that the cartridge needs to be replaced therefore needing a draindown. Have seen a product " Fernox leak sealer ". Does anybody know if this would do the trick ?

You could try the sealer and see what happens, it certainly will not do any harm - it is in effect a material which congeals/sets at the exit location but only if the leak is quite slow but continues otherwise to circulate in solution.
