Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Heathen ... 5,24,18,19,5,24,4 ... Z is 9. Now that Satprof has begun to provide the answer for ‘Q’ it seems senseless for me to keep providing my input and repeat his, so I’ll bow out. Keep ‘ Alphapuzzling’ ....

M/mick. I was only giving the number for Q as a small bit of extra help for the early starters. Clearly, I could give the same data as you do as I've solved the whole thing at that point. I felt that a little bit of help early in the day might encourage people. After all, they don't have to look for the Q if they prefer to solve it themselves. OTOH, I'll stop providing the number for Q if that's what people want.
Are there any regular users of the answers who have any preference?

I for one would be happy for Mousey Mick to continue giving clues; i am usually quite good but sometimes do need to 'cheat' and come here for help. And Mousey Mick is always consistent and is reliable. Please carry on!

I only check for answers to the 'Clue' - if I need to cheat! Not bothered by, nor interested in, any other info', so please ALL {incl M/Mick} continue to contribute; its distressing and a shame to see any 'discontent' between like-minded people.
