What are the main ingredients to a good quality IT service and why??

I just wondered what people thought of the question above??

To me it is open to speculation as to what exactly it is asking. What would your answers be?? Ive been asked to give a presentation on it and just wondered what your comments were.

I don't really understand what it is that you are asking.

However, I work for a well-known company which provides repairs to IT equipment, and exclusively for large organisations. These organisations have contracts with my company which state that repairs should be carried out within a certain time frame. In order to provide a good service, communication and reliability is essential. Without communicating with your customers and dispatching engineers to fix problems, the situation can deteriorate very quickly.
