Only just found out that there was a very large demo. in Hull. We tend to agree. Get out and get on with it.
I'll give an example:-
Tonight on Look North (BBC1) there was an item on communities finding themselves under lockdown again. They chose to refer to Bradford. For reasons best known to themselves they sent a reporter to to Baildon - on the edge of Ilkley Moor, well out of Bradford city although it has a BD postcode. My sister lives there. There is no Covid there, hasn't been for ages, but they had all these shots of leafy roads and moorland and white people wandering around, dog-walking etc..
There is a real stink brewing-up over the inclusion of places like Ilkley, Menston and Baildon in the lockdown - when everyone knows (born out by facts) that the problem is in the city, not the outlying districts. The local MP is going bananas. :)

Which raises the question, F-F, why do they not draw attention to the real problem? I don't pretend to answer that, but I do know that unless you address a problem - you can't solve it. The inner-city Bradford areas used (many years ago) to be decent small terraces with whitestoned doorsteps (I remember from childhood - my grandma lived just off Manningham Lane). In many ways they should be better - indoor toilets, street-lights etc..
