His wife is housebound, she has a raft of carers but I see her every day to make sure she has all she needs.
Keep up the good work .
We are both in our 70's and thinking about others needs can be a bit stressful. We count our blessings as there is always somebody worse off.

Thanks Rosie, my daughter and son in law and grandson are the family they've never had and my grandson ( 16) calls them Grandma and Grandad and has done all his life, our late friend does have a sister who's been there so between us we will get things sorted, in fact the undertaker apparently does most of it now, I have a small concern though, her neighbours Iranian and I went in to tell them of his death, their culture is very different from the stiff upper lip of the British people , he grabbed me and was sobbing and she flung herself on the stairs crying loudly till I had to help her to her feet , she'd just returned from Tehran after a 4 week visit to her parents home with their son, should I ask for a proper Covid test as I know there's been a large spike in Iran
