Divorce - Family Law: Financial Assete And Custody Of My Kid
Hi, friends:
Would any one explain to me about family law about divorce? My husband and I are in the divorce process. He had violent record towards to me in the police as someone else reported him to the police, however, I dropped the case for the benefit of our future family life. He has no criminal record. Now we don't think we can live together anymore. We have been married for 14 years and a 4 years old kid. As he also manipulates my kid and do whatever my kid likes, in someway, my kid likes him more then me. He has bought the house before we met and paid all the bills. I am currently no working. Can anyone tell me whether I am entitled have of his assets and custody of my kid? I appreciate if you explain to me from family law point of view.
