It's unlikely if it's a one off to be dangerous, try not to stress and relax.

In general slightly cut back on your fluids in the hear future.

Talk to your parents too.

Okay thanks yes it's a one off I am trying not to worry but my head is really really sore.
While people do die from drinking too much water ( https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/strange-but-true-drinking-too-much-water-can-kill ) it's extremely rare and all that usually happens is that a person feels unwell for a while (due to the lack of salt in their blood) and then gradually feels better.

If you're concerned though (and assuming that you're in the UK), call 111 for advice.

Thanks for the advice yes I'm in the uk.
I really do not think that you are overhydrated, I think that your symptoms may be due to dehydration.
By going to the toilet a lot I presume that you mean passing water.
With thirst, drinking a lot, passing excessive amounts of water, nausea and headache then diabetes needs excluding.
See your GP.
Your body needs electrolytes...magnesium, potassium and sodium. When you drink a lot, you can be washing these out of your system and may feel unwell as you do. Try adding some sea salt or low salt to your water and sipping it...dont just gulp it down.
Do consider what sqad has said also, and get tested for diabetes.
In the meantime have a packet of crisps and something sweet.

Okay thanks I'm going to cut out sugar as that's what started this whole thing.
The effect that cutting out sugar will have is similar to the effects of p..sing inthe ocean wii have to the Gulf Stream.
See your GP to exclude diabetes.

I have an update on this you were right it wasn't over hydration or dehydration the reason for my major headache was that one of my sisters bought a reed diffuser for our main bathroom and it caused both me and my mummy to have headaches so I didn't need to go to the doctor thank God.
