Well they used to use the very famous The Entertainer by Scott Joplin. Are you in the UK? If so, the best place to buy it online, is probably here: www.musicroom.co.uk - and I reccommend getting a compilation of Joplin's work rather than the sheet music so that you could play the delights of The Maple Leaf Rag.
