Internet Problems

Am typing this from fire cant get onto my computer upstairs. It keeps saying not conmected to internet. Have tried several browsers. Yet obviousley i can type this can anybody tell me what is wrong. Ta

Your computer cannot "see" your router. It could be that you have inadvertedly disconnected - try rebooting as a quick fix.

Unplug the computer from the socket JJ it may only need a 'surge' to get connected again, plug it back in and see if that works

Have disconnected as well but will try again and leae it for lo nger

These problems are often solved (for me anyway) by turning off the router (not the PC) for a few seconds.

There should be an icon bottom right of your screen. Press that and it should show all internet connections in range. Pick yours and reconnect.

just an update - turned off computer all night but still couldn't get on this morning - tried Troubleshooting and it said Wi-fi was disconnected yet the blue light was on the "box". So checked all the plugs and while none of them "felt" that loose - I pushed them all in harder and hopefully I'm back. Thanks all for your answers.
