Just watched this movie and was interested about the blood and semen being different types (his was A (blood) and the killers A/B (semen) ) ..it did say on the film that others had scoffed at this idea..but i wonder if it could be possible?
Ok . the bodies were tested for semen and it came back that the killer was A/B they took citizen x's blood group test which was an A so they let him go.. he did do it, but they are saying his blood and semen types were different? http://members.tripod.com/~SerialKillr/SerialK illersExposed/chikatilo.html

i do know that on csi once there was a person where his blood dna was different in two different parts of his body, i know its a tv show but they have to base it around facts
found this in the article - 'years later japenese scientists discovered that a tiny minority of men (as few as one in a million) were paradoxical secretors - their semen was of a different type to their blood type. when he was arrested in 1990 samples of blood and semen showed he was a rare paradoxical secretor.
