hi it depends wot spek on the earlier ones. but the face lift k11 all of them have powersteering. not sure when they brought the face lift out think it was 98 s reg

all facelift micras which start around p/r -reg DO NOT have power steering , my sister has an s -reg with no power steering, more commonly a 1.3 engine with high spec se+ will have it , but it was availble as optional extra on lesser models, to confuse matters nissan launched a myriad of special editions (ally ,boston ,twist )with varying levels of spec some with p/steering some without.
however, my friend has a l-reg micra with p/steering, elec windows. sunroof, fog lights etc - but that is because it is an import model
