Ebay Delivery Not Received

Got an email this morning at 11.34 to say that my Ebay order had been delivered to my house at 11.34 am. No it hadn't. We are both sitting in front room and nobody has called. Went onto Ebay tracking which said the item had been delivered at 10.11am. No again. Would only let me leave positive feedback (what a con) and I had to wait 7 days before I could leave neutral or negative feedback. When I check my orders on Ebay it states it has been given to another courier and will be delivered between 24th and 26th Sept. Thank goodness it is nothing expensive or urgent.
They'd never run a brewery would they.

It's not eBays fault. I'd think it's the seller you should contact. EBay is the next step if you get no joy from the seller.

I paid our live in courier to mow my lawn today & all local deliveries will be a day late ;)

I had a similar problem with an ipod delivered from Amazon. Note through the door saying it had been delivered to number 70 and had been signed for, when the house was blatantly empty. Checked with neighbours who I've known for years, no sign. Amazon very good, they reckoned the driver was in his van round the corner when he signed it off. They sent me another but I'd love to know what the ghost at 70 looked like!
