Why Those Milk Container Top .

Have you noticed recently how the ring which stayed on the bottle neck has got looser and the stuck on seal on the container is getting harder to remove I have to puncture it with a knife to remove it .

Yes, I have, although sometimes I have to put on rubber gloves to get the top off.

The seal is a nightmare. Not enough of a flap to be able to hold it properly and pull. I usually resort to a sharp knife also.
