https:/ /en.wik ipedia. org/wik i/Glouc estersh ire confirms Gloucestershire borders Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Bristol, Somersetand and Monmouthshire. Monmouthshire is a Welsh county, but I'd argue the question's a bit ambiguous on this point :o)
