Alternatives To Canon Pixma
23 Answers
I seem to have been 'stuck' with Canon Pixma printers for nearly 20 years, and while at best they've served me well, when they do go wrong they are horrid.
So finally I want to break out and get a Different All-in-One Printer. A4, colour of course, photoprints, all that. Not over-bothered about print speed or cost (I don't do that many!)
Any recommendations from long usage?

The Brother printer has been very good so far.
Customer service is something else. No phone number, just live chat.
First time I got a fellow who was on the ball. Second time, Mohamad, who was useless. Have been waiting two weeks for a reset code for my account which I didn't know I had.
Time to poke them again.
