AOL://the computer version of herpes//discuss I recently brought a new desktop pc and there is AOL software on the blasted thing that I can't seem to get rid of. It's an advert that keeps appearing randomly even when I've been quick enough to tick the box that says tick here if you don't want this to appear again, it still comes back. I even looked in the program files to try and find this but it doesn't seem to be there. Can anyone help please? It's driving me nuts !!!!

Backup your registry first. Then delete every entry therein for AOL .
