following on from my question about the chair https:/ /www.th eanswer bank.co .uk/Cha tterBan k/Quest ion1711 894.htm l I got in touch with the company who advised me to contact the retailer in the first instance. Last weekend, the retailer sent an engineer out to change some gubbins inside the chair and now it's squeak free. the delay was that a part had to be sent from somewhere in Sweden or Norway or Denmark.
