Does anybody remember when Steve Lamacq was on Radio1s Evening Session and he played a tune by The Period Pains called "Spice Girls (Who Do You Think You Are?)". I had the lyrics
"You're not girls you're women,
You're boring and you're lame,
You try to pretend you're different,
When infact you're all the same"

Does anybody have this song or know any more details on the band?

Chloe Alper has gone on to be the singer/bassist with the utterly sublime Pure Reason Revolution. They're not much like the Period Pains though.

The link defensetrate has given is the best one for getting their stuff.
