Monday. I can see the odd star or two peeping through the clouds, a nice change from the last couple of days. I might even be able to go out today, that'll make a nice change! :o} I've got some shoplifting to do. Must visit the hole in the wall first.

I’m feeling fab now thanku! Funnily enough I was clearing out a cupboard yesterday and I found my old Slimming World book from 7 years ago. I got on the scales afterwards - I’m 47 lbs lighter since I left lol!! Normal size 12..... quite chuffed lol
