My son should be able to have his trust fund. Hes filled all paper work in and sent his id weeks ago and still hasnt got his money

Never get through it and when i do get cut off put a complaint in through natwest but not herd anything

As this was a child trust fund started by the government I suspect that it’s not quite as simple as NatWest given you the funds they probably have to involve hmrc

I'd bet a shiny shilling that Corona virus will be causing them issues but they're working inCREDibly hard to rectify the situation and they thank you for your understanding.
