Here's Mohammad Rizwan displaying superb athleticism to take an amazing catch. (It's only when you see the slow motion replay that it becomes clear just how good a catch it really is):

Great catch indeed, Chris.
having not a lot to do with my time I've been watching the IPL for the first time, and some of the fielding has been astonishing. Most of the clips on YouTube are of terrible quality, but this one was excellent

Thanks, Jno.

Your video show just how super-fit a player needs to be to compete in top-class cricket these days. I don't think that a player like Colin Milburn would be able to get into a senior side these days, despite his prowess with the bat!

I've also been wondering about the length that some of the sixes travel. The UAE stadiums where the matches are being played are quite small; a mere 70m hit will probably be worth six runs. But the stadium in Sharjah has a lengthy gap in the upper grandstand, and any ball hit in that arc lands on the motorway outside. Sooner or later one of them will land in the back of a lorry and not hit the ground till it reaches Baghdad.
Wickets of mass destruction.
