Hey!
I turned the aircon on in my car this morning and there was smoke coming through one of the vents - is this normal??

Was it smoke or water vapour? If it was water vapour this would be quite normal when first switched on as the cooling coil would not have reached dew point ,where water vapour condences on the coil and is drained away.But would cool vapour enough to make it viable. realy only noticable in humid weather.

is your car a corsa? my friends corsa does this quite regularly!

it is just vaper vapour as repens suggested.

We offen scare female passengers with this trick, you should give it a go!

My car's a Peugoet, it only did it this once - not happened since. I've only had it a couple of months so got a bit of paranoia about it!

Thanks for your answers, and thanks for the tip about your 'trick' - I'll keep an eye out for it next time i buy a car (being female!!)
