Yoga is always claimed to be suitable for people of all ages, which I think is true. Though, I wonder how old a kid when she is eligible for starting yoga.

Kids are capable of doing yoga as much as they are of doing any other form of PE afaic and qualified yoga teachers will know what is suitable for whatever age group.

Yoga is suitable at any age. That's why they have Yoga classes for very young children called Yoga Bugs amongst others.. Are you in the UK Brandon?
You asked a few questions about Yoga a few months ago and directed us to the same site on a couple of occasions if I remember rightly.
