Woke up to a dry day but the weather has turned dramatically in last 30 mins , now torrential rain, wind , blooming awful ! Put paid to my garden plans!!

Yep my garden plans have blown up the road with all the leaves. It is blowing a gale up here and very dark, have to have the lights on to see what I'm doing. Think I may do some baking later or just sit in front of the fire and watch something on the TV OH would hate ( he's working), with maybe a naughty glass of something. Yes, that sounds like a plan.

Just got back in after walking the dog. Soaked to the skin, both of us. He doesn't mind, I do.
And he'll want to go out again later! Remind me why I got a dog;-)

The sun is shining...for now...in the South West. But I woke to a pitch black sky, and rain hammering down.
I'm dashing out while I can...there's more due later, and tomorrow is a washout. Oh joy.

I've got to cycle to work in about an hour, in the rain and through the sting winds. Might be a little better tonight to come home, but there's more on the way for tomorrow. Can't wait...
