Just a quick one, can yoga make u taller in anyway?

But it does improve your posture and make you stand at your full height, so you look taller and slimmer.

oh so can u not actually loose weight frm doing yoga??

You'll increase muscle tone which will help a lot, but you need cardio for fat burning - walking, running, cycling, swimming and so on.

I actually regained half an inch of the height I had lost through a medical problem I have, as Ethel says it is very good for posture.
