How big is dress size 12?

How big is someone who is say 5' 7 and dress size 12? Would anyone link to a picture of a guestimate of what someone that size may look like?

Yes, a fairly tall, slim person. Probably about "perfect". But not skinny.

However, Vanessa Feltz once, rather comically and unbelieveably, claimed to be a size 12!

by the way, UK 12 and US 12 are very different - US 12 is about a UK 16.

According to my diary info page US sizes are 1 below ours in the UK.
I have a dress bought in the US that is 14 , and I was UK 16 when I bought it.
Must admit barely fits me now!
