I dont think that you should have to put up with it if he is taking drugs on company time or if it is affecting his management abilities at all.
In the first instance report it to his superior. If there are usuing drugs in the office then consider reporting it to the police as well.

personally I think that other ppl's recreational drug use has nothing to do with you. I mean if he's takin lines off his desk at work then that is something you should be bothered by, but it's outside of work and his decision. Like you say - what evidence do you have anyway? I think if you contacted the police they would laugh in your face.
Personally I would leave it!! Wherever you go to work there will be someone who is talking drugs, being unfaithful to their wife/husband, breaking the law, drinking too much, etc etc the list goes on and on! (being a crap manager etc)
If we all declared what went on in the office I am sure half of the City of London would be banged up inside/thrown out of their homes.
So get on with it is my answer, and dont join in! People that **** things up or carry out certain activities sometimes get caught!

Going to stick neck out here and say that if they're using this in their own time and not work then as much as it's not very nice it isn't work related. Do you hate your work because of this fact or are they not nice people in general? Either way, I doubt they'd stop because you don't like it and as it's your boss this could make things very hard on you and if you don't like the people anyway I'm sure you can find something where you'd be happier. Don't think going to the police would help as you have no proof and could put you in poor situation while you're still there.
Hope I've not caused any offence xx

A friend of my boyfriend had the audacity to bring coke into our house a few weeks back. I was livid. I took said coke and threw it down the sink!!
Im very anti-drugs, but I am fully aware that there are plenty of people out there who do it. I dont dictate to them, but I prefer not to be around people who do drugs. I choose my friends carefully. If you dont like the situation at your workplace then leave.

As has been pointed out, you don't state wether or not your coworkers and boss' drug use is the reason you don't like your job. I can't see that you have anything to gain by telling someone.
I once worked as a grounds keeper at a University and golf course. Most of my coworkers were the laziest people I have ever met, and would do actual work less than half the time they spent on the clock. Interestingly, the only hard worker there was also the only one who did drugs on the job (I believe he did cocaine and marijuana). I am not saying drugs are good. I just like to point out exceptions to the rule. Good luck.
