Scroll Bar Problem

If a received email contains a long gap between the opening text and further text below, I cannot reach the lower text because my scroll bar has too little empty space - if you can understand what I am trying to say! I will be grateful for any relevant suggestions!

Put the curser on the page and use the down arrow key to get to the end of the page.

If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse pushing it down (ie, clicking it, not rotating it) puts it into a mode where, when you move the cursor down the page, it causes the page to scroll downwards (and vice versa). Clicking the wheel again puts it back to normal mode.

I don't understand how nothing gets you to the end of the page...is your screen resolution set correctly?

Grasping at straws - try forwarding it to yourself but deleting some of the blank lines before you "send"

How about repeated CTRL- when displaying the email? This will make the font smaller so you'll get more on the page. Don't forget to count the number of times you hit "-" so that you can hit CTRL+ the same number of times to return the font size back. If it's too small to read when you can see the whole message copy&paste it into Word and increase the size in there.

Highlight a word you can see. Then click and hold the bottom right bounding corner and drag it to the bottom of the page.

You can then copy the text, and paste it to a notes or word document.

To check your screen resolution right click on your Pc desktop screen and click display settings, try a smaller setting and see if it helps

As this problem only occurs in emails from one person, I am going to bite the bullet.
