electra washing machine

please someone help my washing machine doesnt spin and it leaves marks on my clothes and it doesnt drain when on a full load , the filter is clean as a whistle and the pipes are fine what can it be plaese help, its an electra model

sounds like the brushes need replacing

My husband is a domestic appliance engineer the following may be the cause.
If it doesn't drain on a full load,your pump may be the problem or the pressure switch.

Its not the drum being disconected is it? sounds like a problem we had.
