Does anyone agree with me that the highlighting does not include the thematic item, not originally available, that has already been shown appropriately.

Yes - I've just shown it 'appropriately' and left it at that (not highlighted).

...only those items from the 'original list' are to be highlighted, and the later item isn't on the list.
