Suburban Blues is a loose generic term for blues music created and played by city-dwelling musicians, such as those from Chicago.

It's different from Country Blues which is usually created and played by musicians from the rural areas of the South.

But like all genres, it's an extremely moveable feast - these can only ever be very loose generalisations, it's all 'The Blues'.
