Will this affect the resale value??
4 Answers
I've had yet another run in with Renault! When it comes to customer service they have to be amongst the worst! I bought a brand new Grande Espace from them last year, and today the clock has been replaced. It kept gaining time and it was driving me nuts. They've replaced the clock but managed to get hold of a faulty one, and as the speed/distance/time is all driven by the same device, when it gets its new clock next week, the mileage will be set back to 0. The countdown to next service will also be wrong. Renault say that this isn't a problem and it won't be a problem when I come to resell the vehicle (next year hopefully) but I think that this will put a potential buyer off. What do you think?
