could you eat these raw? i was just thinking about it last night after having a BBQ with some friends, and some were cooking them.

It depends on what is in them and what brand of veggie company make them - it would say on the packet if they dont need to be cooked (eaten hot or cold) - but to be wary as many of them contain raw egg - hence the need to be cooked.
