I am now at the computer, which is my brother's so at another address.
I think the problem is that the SMTP is still set to plusnet, who we no longer use.
We are now with Vodaphone - does anyone know what the port for Vodaphone is, please? Thanks

This is error message which is coming up on unsent e mails:
recipient rejected - relay denied
The SMTP server should be the one for your email provider, which is unlikely to be the same as your ISP.

You seem not to have tried the solution I posted at 1910 yesterday. You've also still not told us who your email provider is, so it's proving hard to help you! (My email address ends in @gmx.co.uk, showing that my email provider is GMX. It's that bit after the '@' symbol that we need to know if the solution I posted yesterday doesn't work - although I can't see why it shouldn't anyway!)
