Hi, can someone proofread this. I wrote an email to my professor and discussed that i mistakenly did somone's task and she requested me to delete that task from online portal.

I tried to delete my entry from portal but unfortunately there is no way to delete this entry. I think I should leave it now and I will be more careful that i don't repeat this mistake again.

It seems fine to me except maybe dont say "delete entry" twice in one sentence. But honestly am sure it'll be perfectly understood. Your English is better than mine (yes its my second lanuage too) and am not sure yours is the problem you seem to think it is. Maybe just try sending emails without asking for help and you'll soon find out wheather peopel understand them and you'll learn how to improve??
