Party Time?

Have just read about students in Nottingham having 200+ strong parties. (sorry no link)

Where are their brains. They may be safe but they may have other friends, family members and acquaintances who are not.

What makes them feel they have the right to behave like this?

There's an area in Belfast near the university call the Holy Land. Students have making the lives of ordinary residents there a misery for years. All night parties are common and near St Patrick's Day there's something like a Mardi Gras that lasts about a week.
They behave like overgrown children, free from parental restraints, let loose in a sweet shop.
Probably the same in England, too. They've no thought for anybody but themselves.

There often in contact with cleaners, admin staff, porters. shopworkers though so can infect others.
A can seee theres a case though for letting it spread in halls if it can be contained so as to let them catch it and give them immunity before they go home but that would mean locking them in which wouldnt be accepted

I wasn't attempting to justify their behaviour, just pointing out that socially they are young people often getting their first taste of freedom, away from home with few restrictions.
