Science And Covid/Vax.

I'm disappointed that the Science category here has no covid vaccine questions, but people ask elsewhere. Don't you think that it is a science question?

Maybe, I suppose it depends what the question is. I was interested in how the trials were done, but the make-up of the actual vaccines etc, wouldn't mean much to me. I'm just glad others know!

Pixie; we'll find out in the near future I suppose. I hope it all goes well. I just worry about the old aage "If it sounds too good to be true, then it isn't true." From what I've heard on the news, everyone seems confident that all will go well.

I hope so, atheist. I admit I was more wary at first, when there was little information, just a theory we might have a vaccine "soon", that it felt a bit rushed... but the more I see about it, the more confidence I have...

Well, I've posted replies once or twice about the covid vaccine and although I lurk in Science most of the time, I have no issues with picking up questions elsewhere. The categories are fine as they are in my opinion, but you have to remember that people have very many different issues about vaccination so questions are bound to pop up in different categories.
