I ordered my upgrade ages ago and it was due on 25th November, I had a text to say its been delayed until at least 16th December, has anyone else had this or is it a scam? tia

My friend got hers right away, believe she has a contract with O2 which was due for renewal so she went with the smaller iphone12 pro which she is very pleased with.
