D-Link Bluetooth

I have a D-Link Bluetooth DBT-120 device that I have never used because I do not have any instructions for it. Can anyone please tell me how to set it up etc. so that I can download from my Nokia 6230i phone? Also what are the 2 (what appear to be blanked off) slots for one marked LNK and the other marked PWR for?
