Just a Hate Crime Report logged against him which shows up when some employers request it.

Yes there is a report headed "Crime Report Print" but if there had been an actual hate crime, would it not state the specific criminal offence committed?

As he says it himself, it shows there was no crime involved. I do however, agree that the name given to the report is misleading.

Can I also point out that at no stage have I insinuated you are a liar. Folk can be mistaken about an interpretation of the facts but that does not make them a liar.

Am I right in thinking that even in an enhanced DBS check, a (potential) employer would receive a certificate listing the appropriate details in addition to anything the Chief Police Officer thought relevant?

If I am correct, would the (potential) employer even get to see a report headed "Crime Report Print" which is the impression given in the video?
