How Can I Eradicate Imdb From My Pc?

I find and click `Delete your account` then `permanently delete your account` as requested, only to have a sign-in screen appear. I`ve tried to find where it`s stored on my pc without success; have tried to find it on Amazon - zilch! There has to be a way of eliminating it - any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

imdb.com is a website that one would visit, not have on one's PC.

Have you inadvertently set it as your home page or something?

Answering 1 - 3 of 3
1. Why? To save deleting countless unwanted emails.
2. Can`t argue with that, but it still won`t delete.
3. Definitely not! I`ve no idea how it got on my PC. It`s telling me that I`ve joined them, set passwords etc. which is rubbish. Frankly, I`d never heard of them until I started to get emails a few days ago.

If you're receiving emails just mark them as junk and they will disappear.

Answer 5 (Chinajam) There`s no facility for marking unwanted emails as Junk in GMail. I delete them but more will keep coming.
6 (Bednobs) I`ve no idea - it was `it`that got to me!
7 (Chinajam) I never click on questionable emails - this is why I can`t work out how it got there. Bear with me - I`ll try something else. It may take a while. I`ll duly report anon.

Here's how to block emails from a particular sender in gmail:

If you block a sender, the e-mails will go to your Spam folder automatically.

Hows it telling you? By email or by screen pop up? Or is it your home page? or something else

I use GMail and when I click on an email a row of icons appear at the top, one of which is an exclamation mark. Click on that to report spam and it will stop those emails appearing in your inbox

If you have an account then it will need to know which one before it can be deleted. Probably why you need to sign in first.
