What's Cooking This Sunday?

I'm having Monkfish Saag and he's having ribeye steak and peppercorn sauce with fat chips.
I daresay I'll uncork a nice red, possibly a sangiovese, although I have a nice Aldi champagne in the fridge.
What's cooking and flowing at yours?

Mushrooms, garlic, most green veg, courgettes, salad, leeks, stir fry, most fish (certainly not prawns, crab, lobster) etc. Plus he is a coeliac so I always cook from fresh to ensure meals are gluten and barley free. Doesn't like duck, goose, venison. And so much more.
Same here, Baldric. I will limit myself to a glass and a bit. I've only got tomorrow and Tuesday at work and then I'm off until 04 Jan :-)
Sounds very American / Canadian, Sanmac. I ordered creamed spinach in a steakhouse in Boston the night my husband asked me to marry him and it was really creamy and, well, practically running off the plate.

Home made stew, Diced Beef, Potatoes, Carrots, Turnip/Swede (Thingie) Leeks, Parsnip, Onion, Bisto Stock, Coarse Black pepper, Garlic. I'll get three meals out of it, sure to be eaten before Santa drops me off at Mum's on Christmas Eve.
Shh... all will be safe, sorted today, so I trust no-one will tell Boris. ;-)

Late meal here after a couple of hours of zooming.
Steak and Ale pie, cheesy mash and pan broiled green crap (I think it's kale, but who cares - I only eat it out of some vague guilt about vitamins). I've had a pan of home-made onion gravy bubbling for a couple of hours and it's coming along nicely.
Bottle of Zin from Herr Lidl should wash it down nicely

Shirley, why not treat yourself!
Arky, that sounds just the job at this time of year.
Sharon, do you like your mince pies warm with cream?
SD, I bought that wine earlier when I popped in to Lidl. I also got a bottle of the Puglia Appasimento.
You need crusty French bread with that, Zebo.
That sounds really nice, Pasta. I'd probably crumble some goats cheese over that and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
